Get a Library Card

Wisconsin residents of al ages are encouraged to geta library card. Individuals must fill out an application form or apply online and complete the application process at the Library. Waupaca Area Public Library will accept any combination of the following forms of Identification that verify their identity, birthdate and current address:

  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License or Wisconsin I.D. Card
  • Checkbook with local address
  • Any official item mailed to current address (utility bill, registered letter, etc)
  • Rent Receipt
  • Student ID

If address is in question library card will be mailed to applicant.

Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to register for a card.
