Timeline of Changes

Jul 28 - Aug 6

Aug 7 - Aug 19

Aug 19

On July 28 all holds not already on the hold shelf or in transit will be suspended. We’ll keep your place in line. You can continue to place holds in the app or in the catalog until August 6. We’ll restart holds when the new catalog launches on August 19.

Access to your account and catalog through the app will be suspended. The online catalog will have limited functionality. You can still search for items and see where they’re located, but the following changes will take effect:

  • Holds cannot be placed.
  • Renewals will not be available.
  • Account updates, including paying bills, cannot be made.
  • Please bring your physical library card if you plan to check out materials.

On Wednesday, August 19, you’ll be able to explore the new catalog, resume placing holds, renew items, and manage your account. You’ll also be able to use the app to manage your account and place holds again.

Thank you for your patience as we make this upgrade!
