The Waupaca Library Exhibit Room is honored to host Thinking Money for Kids, December 14th through January 25th.
The Waupaca Area Public Library is one of fifty libraries in the US to host this traveling exhibit, a national grant from the American Library Association (ALA) and the FINRA Investor Education Foundation. Thinking Money for Kids is a multimedia experience for children ages 7 to 11, as well as their parents, caregivers and educators. This interactive exhibit uses games, activities, and a fun storyline to help children understand what money is, its function in society, money choices, and money values such as fairness, responsibility and charitableness.
Workshops are planned for December and January-watch the library website for additional details.
