The Library is hosting a series of wellness workshops. We all struggle at times with sleeping well, but our experienced physical therapist will explain in detail things that you can do to obtain a well anticipated restful night’s sleep. This will be an interactive presentation given by Health Care Providers from Orthopedic & Spine Therapy with time for questions and private consultation.
